New Meditation Series
Hello Newsletter Family!
I have a new meditation series ready for release. It is titled Path to Presence Part 1.
This series will be released on Podcast, on March 17th. It will also be released on Insight Timer, but I do not have the date for them yet. They generally take 5-10 days from the time of uploading the meditations, to releasing them.
Once Insight Timer has released the series, I will make the announcement on social media. Links to my social media accounts can be found at the bottom of this newsletter.
In Path to Presence Part 1, I will guide you through the foundations of meditation. Even if you’ve been meditating for a long time, it’s good to be reminded of the foundations of this beautiful practice.
Below are some of the teachings for Part 1:
The ego part of the mind
Understanding the human part of us versus the being part of us
The power of presence
Understanding the internal world
This is a five-day series. We will begin with 11 minutes of meditation on Day 1. We will add one minute per day, until we are meditating for 15 minutes on Day 5.
Part 2 of this series will be released a few weeks after Part 1. They will not be released back to back.
In Part 2 of this series, I will guide you through the long term effects of meditation. I’ll share more details of Part 2, in a future newsletter.
